For international orders, to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused (plastic still fully intact), and in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery. You will also need the receipt, order number, or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
There are no exchanges, All sales are final unless it is a Problem Order. (See problem order policy below under Refunds).


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds

US Orders: All sales within the United States are final, as listed in all product descriptions. Due to the delicacy of our Rice Water formulas, and using minimal preservatives, Odyssei Skin Care is in constant production in order to provide fresh batches to our customers. For this reason, we do not accept general returns, exchanges, or refunds. Policy transparency is very important to us, and will always be listed high up on our product descriptions, and never in the "fine print."

International Orders: For international orders (outside the United States), only unopened, unused items (plastic still fully intact) are eligible for returns 14 days within delivery. Items can be returned by contacting us vis email: support@odysseiskincare.com and returning products to our physical location. International return shipping costs are covered by the buyer.

I received the wrong item, what do I do? (Problem order policy):

Only unopened, unused items (plastic still fully intact) and requested within 30 days of purchase date, are eligible for problem order returns. You will also need the receipt, order number, or proof of purchase. If your return is accepted, we will email you a free USPS return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. After receiving the returned item, we will send the correct item that was initially ordered, free of charge.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
